ORDERING & SHIPPING POLICY
Our warehouse currently ships on the following days:
Orders placed on Thursday (after 10:00 am) through Monday morning (before 10:00 am) will be dispatched on Monday.
Orders placed on Monday (after 10:00 am) through Thursday (before 10:00 am) will be dispatched on Thursday.
As a small business, we strive to exceed our customer’s expectations and will do our best to get your CUSHY PLAY MAT on its way to you as soon as possible.

Ik & Ich accepts the following forms of payment:
All major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
iDeal (Netherlands Only)

Ik & Ich strives to offer the most affordable shipping based on delivery location.
For all orders shipping to Germany we offer FREE shipping. To calculate the shipping costs for all other locations please enter your delivery address (including country) during check out.
Current we ship only within the EU. If your delivery address is not included within our network you will be notified when entering your delivery address during check out. Please contact us directly for shipping options not included within our network.
A tracking number will be made available for all orders once dispatched from our warehouse. You will receive a shipping confirmation including the tracking number via e-mail once your CUSHY PLAY MAT has been shipped.
Our delivery time varies depending on the delivery address. For all orders delivered within Germany, The Netherlands, Belgium, Austria and Luxembourg the delivery time is 1-3 business days. For all other countries please see the delivery time displayed during checkout.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Ik & Ich we want our customers to be as satisfied with their product as we are. If you find that your CUSHY PLAY MAT is not the correct colour or size you are more than welcome to return it for the full purchase price of the mat (including the initial shipping costs if the fault is with Ik & Ich). We do have a few conditions though:
All returns must be unused and in their original packaging (including all protective packaging)
Returns must be made within 30 days of the initial date of purchase
Return shipping costs are for the customer. Ik & Ich takes no responsibility for any return that is lost during transit or arrives damaged at our warehouse. Please take this into consideration when making shipping arrangements.

Once your return request is received we will be in touch with further details.
Perhaps you are still happy with your CUSHY PLAY MAT, but you would like to exchange it for another colour? Unfortunately, we are unable to process exchanges at this time. You are, however, welcome to return your CUSHY PLAY MAT for a full refund (minus shipping costs) and place a new order with your preferred colour.
